Leicester Longwool Lambs for Sale

We have had an amazing lambing season. We have three sets of twin ewe lambs. They are all healthy and beautiful.

Our 2011 ewe lambs are all sold. We are very proud that two of our girls have gone to Northern Virginia to be part of a new Leicester Longwool breeding flock. They will be bred with our ram lamb that this family purchased earlier in the spring. The other four girls made the trek to Michigan to be a part of a large sheep farm. We're thrilled to be part of moving this breed westward. Again, we are very happy that all the girls have gone to good homes and people who are genuinely interested in an excellent choice of rare breed sheep.

If you would like to be on our waiting list for 2012, please let us know. We'll look forward to seeing what next years season brings us.

Thank you to the families who have purchased our 2010 lambs. We are so pleased with the wonderful homes that our lambs went to. Our two colored ewe lambs went to southern Virginia to a new and wonderful fleece farm – a couple fairly new to Virginia who are excited about having a small fiber flock for their own hand-spinning pleasure. Our yearling white ram lamb and his half brother wether went to northern Virginia to a newly established fiber and breeding farm who will offer Leicester Longwools and Border Leicesters – truly a family operation. This farm family has also purchased our 2011 white/black factor ewe lamb twins to begin their Leicester Longwool breeding flock. We are so proud of our lambs, their good health, beautiful fleeces and friendly temperaments.
